I am an Integrative Fertility Expert with a background in Chinese medicine so obviously, I talk about it quite a bit. It is not the mainstream medical system in the United States, and there are lots of skepticism around it. Is it real? Is it woo-woo or is there evidence supporting its effectiveness? Those are the big questions that you are probably wondering about before embracing this system that is a few thousand years old to help you get pregnant.
